From adult users: First and last name, phone number.
From parents and children: Name of the parent or legal guardian, name of the child, phone number of the parent or legal guardian, child’s age group (4-6 years, 6-10 years, 10+ years).
Purpose of Data Processing: The data is used exclusively for registering for trial lessons, organizing training activities, and communicating with the client to clarify information. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Storage of Data in Google Sheets and Tilda Your personal data is stored in the following systems: Google Sheets – a service provided by Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Your data is processed by Google in compliance with GDPR (Data Processing Agreement, DPA). More details can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Data Processing Terms. Tilda – a service for managing inquiries. Data is stored in Tilda’s personal account for 30 days. This is necessary to identify and correct potential errors. After this period, the data is deleted.
Storage and Data Protection: Access to data in Google Sheets and Tilda is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Data processing is carried out in accordance with data protection agreements (DPA).
